I Submitted on Jan 23, 2013 $168.32 Comcast account number 0501422789902 Payment Confirmation Number 58762108. On February 6, 2013. A lady called from telephone number 804-308-9724, ID MDEWJ2, and stated that I was behind on my cable. I told her I could not understand her clearly. She stated because she had braces. Anyway, she said my cable will be interrupted if I did not pay the past due amount of $168.32. I told her I paid my bill on January 23. She said comcast had altered my payment and the bank would not honor it. I told her that was not my fault and I will contact a representative at comcast that could understand me and I can understand them before I give my credit card information to her for the same payment. She said well if I did not give her the information now she would cut my cable off. She did. I immediately called comcast at 1-888-405-9200 and spoke to Ms. Barbara Pendergrass she said she didn't know what happened but she see that I had paid on the internet and the bank had rejected the payment, but the other comcast rep should not have cut my cable off. I repaid the bill again and the confirmation number is 155840, hopefully comcast is not trying to be fraudulent. I have had cable for almost 19 years and have never had it turned off for late or no payment, and this was not necessary since it was comcast fault. Your rep was extremely nasty and Verizon cable people are not nasty to their long standing or any customer, but comcast has a very bad rep of trying to get over and being nasty to their customers. I have a strong feeling that problems with comcast are just beginning and maybe I need to investigate the possibility of trying a new company. I will also send this information to Mr. Neil Smit and Mr. Brian Roberts if I am not compensated for the nastyness and loss of cable and internet due to your unprofessional representative.

I have tried and tried to talk to someone about helping me with my bill. I have been told and told that someone would call me back to help me with it. But when they call they just say they can't do anything. I hate Comcast.

I called about not getting bill was told it would be send two
Weeks later no bill called agen did not talk to no body put on
hold spent four hours on hold or cutoff. and had to call back
this went on for four hours left message but no call back going to
dish just like everybody on street are doing.

I ordered the infinity triple play on April 24th and received an acknowledgment via email. The tech came to install but he said they did not turn the order in to port my number which is very critical to me.
After talking with 6 people in customer service, each assuring me that they would take care of it. Last Friday, the rep in Nashville TN
said they were having computer problems porting number and she would send in a special request and get back to me the first of this week. No reply. I called yesterday and the rep said I had install set for today which was news to me. The guy came to install and when I asked him if my number had been ported, he called and they told him no it had not been ported. I told him until everything was completed we were not going to have a partial install. He is supposed to call his supervisor to get action. Good Luck I say.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I HAVE TO SIT THROUGH COMMERCIALS ON MY TV SHOWS SINCE I AM PAYING FOR ON DEMAND.

NOT FAIR AND IT MAKES ME VERY ANGRY. IF I HAVE TO WATCH COMMERCIALS WITH MY ON DEMAND, I WANT A REFUND ON MY SERVICE.
