Michelle baker March 27 2013 Yes we have service we had ine box installed the women t time warner told me it would be one charge of 39.99 for the install, on my next bill, i got my bill i was charged 39.99 49.99 49.99 this is not okay they didnt tell us all hese fees i would never have upgraded ever, i want theses fees taken off we have been customers for eight years we dont deserve to be treated this way ,if there were more fees the women hould have told me on th phone this is unexceptable ,,, if the fees rent taken off we will cancel are cable serivce , this iis not right.... | Nilupar Bashir July 08 2015Time warner sales man was in my building touting how they offer good deal.i told him my problem with time warner.the longer I stay with time warner the more I pay.he assured me this would not happen.i signed up.a year later my bill went up by twenty dollars.i was on promotion.now I am a old customer.i have to pay more.following month they charged me another eight dollars.this time their excuse was they did me a favor previous month,and gave me the discount.this is a corporate daylight ripoff. |
