i am trying to contact honda scooter india manaser from the last one month on phone nos.1800113434, 2290011, 2290912, 9871890834 but no body is attending the phone.
i had purchased honda dio scooter two year back, i have some query regarding service of vehicle. your company has mentioned in the service booklet (service coupon) check emission level. i contacted honda service dealers about the emission check procedure of scooter they replied they do not have such instrument to check emission level. it means the honda dealers are not providing proper care to the scooter.please help me in this regard.

In april 2011 the gear selector switch on my 1988 Goldwing SE failed, I phoned the Kunda Park Honda Dealership and told them about the switch failure.
I was told that "We have diognostics experts" and we will find the problem.
I had the Wing trailered into the Dealership.
Towards the end of April 2011 I recieved a phone call informing me that the selector switch had been repaired and the Wing was running,
I asked that a new switch be ordered anyway.
A few days later I recieved a phone call to tell me the switch had failed and when the replacement arrives it will be fitted.
About mid May I phoned to see what was happening, they told me the Bike was going to be sent down to Rocklea, the diagnostic expert had gone on holiday.
(I was told later by an ex mechanic the circuit had been shorted out blowing the reverse switch, the solinoid switch, and possibly the battery. (The battery in the Bike was a Kitana,
it now has a brand new Voltz)
I spent the rest of the year trying to locate my Wing. Mid December 2011 I had some luck the mechanic who was leaving gave me the name and
numberof the person to talk to in Rocklea. Which I did, he went out an found my Bike had been sent back to the Sunshine Coast.

When I got the wing home and washed 8 months of grease and grime of it, what I found was beyond belief.
The battery box was not bolted in,the battery was secured by the leads only, the breather tube had been cut off at 150mm and jamed into a wireing loom.
The Fuse Box and the Relay box were hanging loose,
held only by the wireing.
The left hand side headlight raise/lower knob, and the left hand windscreen adjustment lever were in the top box, there are
2 wires that come off the back of the reverse lever switch and go into the relay fuse box, 1 is for high beam, the other is the low beam
I imagine the high beam wire has been shorted out therefore no high beam. all the bulbs on the rear left hand had been blown.
I have emailed the dealership, there has been no response. I then contacted HONDA AUSTRALIA,in November 2012, HONDA AUSTRALIA replied saying that they
had contacted the Principal of the Dealership and that he would contact me, as of today I have not heard from the gentleman.
In 19 years I have owned 3 GOLDWINGS.
I shall not be suprised if I do not get a response.
Yours Faithfully.

Hello, I own a 2003 S 2000 in immaculate condition 88 ooo kilometers all standard and I would like your technical advice on whether it is safe to replace standard air filter or airbox with K&N Filter and maybe cold air intake without damaging the Engine. I would like to Enhance the performance and sound just a little bit - I have asked Locally with too many variable replys so I thought I would ask you as You built the car!
I love my s2000 and would not wish to damage it.
Thanks for your time. Ian

We live on a very small Caribbean island which can be the perfect test for your fuel car/ home generation systems. Many hills, mostly in city high maintenance driving that tests the rigidity and endurance of the vehicles.

Give it shot.....Honda executives!!!!!!!
