Concerns for store 3499 Brea CA

To whom it may concern;
Without any regret, I leave my two week notice effective as of Monday September 17th, 2012.
This action is due to the persistent unprofessional attitude and behavior of the General Manager currently in charge. She displays a gross disregard for rules and regulations, specifically when it comes to her own behavior, and that of a select group of individuals, making it obvious that career advancement is not given on merit, but rather on blatant favoritism. It is well known to the staff that she is actively pursuing a relationship with one of her subordinates, making it clear that unless you are a friend, or the individual she is having an inappropriate affair with, you will not be given the opportunity to grow and learn in this company. The environment she provides is hostile, as she is known to gossip about staffs personal matters, causing discourse within the team. I have been in this industry for 20 years and have never come across an individual in a management position who is focused more on her personal gain, so much as to the detriment of the staff who serve her, and the company as a whole. I feel I would be doing this company an injustice if I kept my silence and left, this is why i want you to know I feel she is hindering the growth of the company, and should seriously be evaluated. In perseverance of my dignity, I move on in order to continue to learn, grow, and be successful.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Respectfully yours,
Albert Michael Ruvalcaba

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you regarding Jim, the General Mangager of the Buffalo Wild Wings located in the Broadway Mall in Hicksville, New York. I, and others have witnessed his unprofessional, and abusive behavior toward his staff. He is continually insulting, criticizing, using vulgar language, belittling, rude, and downright embarrassing his employees, many times in front of customers. He has brought them to tears, created depression, health and psychological problems upon many of these employees. What he is doing is, number one, illegal, number two, reprehensible. This particular restaurant has continually treated its help like trash, therefore most of the employees do not stay. I am writing to request that someone takes action against this type of behavior, and punishes or fires those that are perpetrating these acts. If not, a law suit will be filed against the corporation as a whole in a class action suit. My attorney has advised me to allow you to revamp and rectify this situation before initiating legal action. I will be keeping tabs on the changes, or lack thereof.

Thank you

I had dinner at the Hollywood restaurant (Store # 0349) and was very displeased with the service I received. We waited 20 minutes for a table and there had to be 15 open tables that had not been cleaned. We were finally seated and waited over 35 minutes between getting our drinks and getting our food. During this time multiple tables around us sat dirty and the store was not busy as ALL. After finally getting our food and eating I got up to go to the restroom and my husband noticed I had gum all down the back of my brand new Gap jeans ($69.99). Upon seeing this I look at the chair and it was full of gum as well as another chair at out table. I asked to speak to a manager who was not knowledgable and could only give me a phone number that when I call I was told that the manager has to report any incidents. I had to wait another half an hour for him to come back to tell me that someone will be calling me. I am very very displeased with how I was treated and how things were done at this restaurant. I am going to make it my business to get the word out to everyone I can about Buffalo Wild Wings

Ive worked for Buffalo Wild Wings for a month and a few days. When I filled out my papers for employment, it said that my wage per hour was going to be $8.00 per hour. When I arrived to pick up my payroll today and for some reason look at my wages it said $7.35 per hour. I was told by a manager that it was my training pay. Never heard of that and don't know of any other company that does that. Good Luck with your hospitality.

Ate at your Dixie Highway location in Louisville KY yesterday and had a horrible experience. Chips which came with the spinach dip appetizer were so hard the could not be chewed. Then noticed ants crawling on the bar. When we informed your bartender she said sorry and then proceeded to spray the bar with bug spray where our beer was sitting. Will never return and we have been faithful customers since this location opened.

I have a question regarding Buffalo wild wings in Torrance, California located on Del Amo Mall, I have gone to Buffalo wild wings in Tucson Arizona to watch UFC fights and never have they had a cover charge to get in to watch the a UFC Fight. So i moved to California and went to watch a UFC fight and notice they had a cover charge of $10.00, why is there a cover charge in California and but not in Tucson Arizona? And as i see the people paying the $10.00 there is no receipt being given to the customers, if you ask me they could be pocketing the cash for them self’s. Now me and my friends saw the cover charge we ended up leaving, we were 15 so that meant we had to pay $150.00 just to get in, not including food and drinks. We ended up going back to my house order the pay per view for $55.00 spent $65.00 pizza and wings and still paid less than the cover charge. Buffalo Wild Wings ended up losing maybe around $400.00 to $500.00 with all of us just for having a cover charge. Having a cover charge is not good business for the company when you have big groups trying to have a good time, and also like I said it might be something there doing under the table at that location because there is no cover charge for UFC fights in other locations.

I just got home from an evening at BWW, where our "captain," Halie Lewis, made an average evening into an exceptional experience. It has been some time since I have been treated with such enthusiasm. From the opening introductory moments, the sampling of a variety of sauces, and the overall friendly conversation, Halie gave us her honest and undivided attention. She is an asset to your organization, and any opportunity to dine at BWW is not complete without her service!

Worst experience of my life. I had to walk out. Food came our extremely hard and wrong and I asked for a different order and manager was extremely rude, Brandon Milton at the East Broad location, Columbus Oh. Waitress even said food looked bad and she took it back to the back. After already waiting I decided my party and I would just leave, Brandon chased us down, very threatening yelling and screaming. Very unprofessional. I am disappointed.
